These terms cover your use of the zebe.health website — the pages, content, and waitlist. They do not cover the Zebe app, which is not yet released. When the app launches it will have its own Terms of Service, which you will see and accept before creating an account.
This website describes Zebe: a health intelligence platform we are building. The content on this site is for general information only.
Nothing on this website is medical advice. Zebe is not a medical device, does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe, and is not a substitute for a doctor, pharmacist, or other qualified health professional. Product descriptions and examples shown on this site are illustrations of what the Zebe app is designed to do; they are not advice to you, and you should not act on them as if they were. Joining the waitlist registers your interest in Zebe and nothing more. It does not create an account, a subscription, a contract for the future app, or any obligation on you or on us. We will handle the details you give us as described in our Privacy Notice. You can leave the waitlist at any time by unsubscribing.
You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, probing or testing its security, introducing malicious code, scraping or harvesting content or data, misrepresenting your identity, or using the site in any way that breaks the law.
The Zebe name, logo, wordmark, text, graphics, product descriptions, and all other content on this site belong to Zebe Health Ltd or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view, download, and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit any part of this site without our written permission.
